I have accepted to deliver 10 Aisling Media Materials, how do I complete it?

If you go into the Powerplay screen (left-hand panel, 'Galactic Powers' at the bottom-left), then into the Aisling screen, it should tell you under the Preparation, Expansion or Control tabs what to do with it.

It shows me a Top 10 list of systems, I'm at one now, but have no idea how to complete the contract.
Go to 'Contacts' on the station home screen, then go to 'power contact'. You can deliver the items under the relevant task.
It doesn't come up, just offering me another contract.
