PP Not getting care packages on rank up

It happens sometimes - I think my rank 20 was also broken (maybe it was supposed to do something special which is bugged?)

This happened to me when I reached ranks 19 and 20, but then things actually started working again... until I reached rank 46 where it happened a third time. No doubt there are more to come but it's still "only" been 3 times for me up to rank 57. By FD standards that's good going, but "FD standards" is a very low bar.
Ranks 18,19 and 20 got nothing Will see what happens at 21!
I'm getting the same issue at rank 19 / 20 -- when you say they show up again - did you get the missing ones?
You don't get the missing ones later, but they mostly work - I think I've missed three so far (by rank 60ish) - two in a row around 20, and then one later on but I forget exactly when.
