So I eventually gave PP a chance the other day and pledged to LYR. Today at 7 am GMT I received the message that the PP cycle is imminent. But almost five hours later I still don't see any update. I'm still at level 1 with 430 merits and the left hand PP menu says there are 0 days remaining until the next cycle.
Is this working as intended or should I write a ticket?
