It seems that i'm unable to complete tasks with delivering Power data.
I went down to Santy system and recovered 8 Power political data and 3 Power association data. Upon returning to Baker system, handing in those data items did not move progress towards task completion even an inch.
Same problem was last week with similar task. Was able to finish 4 of 5 tasks because of that issue.
