I've been at rank 4 of a power for 11 days. I haven't received any form of credit bonus. What do I have to do to claim it?

I think you have to go into a controlled system and talk with the power contact there.
Check your left hand side panel under transactions. Your weekly pay should feature there. As above go to faction system and claim under the power contacts.

My pay is not listed, and I know for a fact I haven't claimed it. Is this a bug?
