PP2 Care Packages - too many!

Yeah, same story.. when I try to access the packages the in game menu system freezes although I can escape out and quit/restart. Surely, it would make more sense to make one large package rather than listing a squidillion small packages with identical titles. Pfft. Did you get the problem resolved, Zombie3?
Nope - it affects many people now. No action from FDev to remedy it whatsoever.

but they start crashing out about 250 if you don’t clear them. You can cash them if you go to RH screen when the system locks up enter holo me and exit out it will take you back to menu without have to menu log. Slow as hell but you can do it this way. I’m hoping Devs make a way to just clear them out quickly by cashing them for credits if we don’t want the mats. Something. The only one solution so far is to unpledge and repledge. Unfortunately that will wipe out your rank (as well as your merits) but then you will be able to clean up the care package overload by managing your materials. I.e. I just sell to the bartender everything >20 so I've always room for redeeming the packages and pay visit once every week to material traders to keep my inventory below the individual material amount limit.
That becomes a terrible grind if you're ranking say 10 levels a day. I used to do the same but got fed up with running to the bartender and flying to mat traders, so I've accepted not being able to cash in care packages and hoping for a fix some day.
Sorry. Yes. Right Hand Screen Go into holome and it will take you out of the power contact menu theoretically you could do this to go back and get care packages. But honestly Zombi3 with your rank if you have that many in the thousands built up you maybe should just do a ticket and see if FDev will clear them. Unless you want to unpledge and repledge like Rebel suggested.

Already raised - nothing happened
more than 2 months with this problem. powerplay 2 rewards system is broken and crashes the game. Was really hoping this update would address it. but it's ignore yet again.
Yep, getting this now. I've waited awhile to see if it just needed time to process loading them all. But haven't seen it unlock. Escape works to get to the game window. Jumping out to the main menu and back in the game works again. As long as I don't open the care package page again.
Can you tell the people the various ways to get out of the glitch screen, apart from Esc and return to main menu. I tried everything to get out of it and nothing worked. So help people a bit and give some tips.
Apart from that,
I went to the source with this. I submitted a ticket. And they fixed it for me. I told them the situation they told me its a known thing and they are working on it, however i asked them to purge all the accrued care packages in my account that i don't care about losing them and initially they replied saying don't worry i won't lose anything. But they wanted to close the ticket, i bluntly told them that they can't close the ticket, the issue is live and continues. And again suggested that they purge the collected care packages to the credit of the support guy, he recognised that it was a mistake to try and close an unresolved issue, it took a couple of days, but sure enough, he said a dev had gone in there and deleted the care packages.
So they solved my issue, by purging the collected care packages, hundreds of them i assume. But i told them several times to do it, i have no issue with it. I prefer to play the game properly again rather than wait for who knows when for it to be fixed. Fair dues they did it for me.
With that said. The care packages are already stacking up again. I have probably 60 or 70 now again. so the issue is coming to me again for sure.
There really needs to be a fix
Leaving the screen is very easy. Just open the engineering screen, and it will close automatically.
