where will the download be? or are you saying it will be disc purchase?

The Horizons content will come in two ways. It will come as a DLC download for those that already own the game and will be $20 to $30 depending on your country and exchange rate. It will also come bundled with the full game for $40 to $60. You will be able to purchase the DLC or bundle version on the Xbox store or on the Xbox.com website. I am uncertain if they will have discs, or if Frontier will be selling codes for it on theit own website, but I would bet that they will not be doing either.

Updates don't automatically install if off. However, purchased 'SHOULD' download and install. We'll see!

Updates 100% DO install (game, app, and consle) as long as the console power settings are set to Instant On instead of Power Saving. That is the entire point of the Instant On setting; To install console and game/app updates while off so you don't have to spend the time to do so.

I totally agree. Xbox should get that stuff, but the decision is out of my hands.
