Is this normal or should I be concerned ??

Because the amount is already gone from my bank-account.

You have the background Planet Coaster graphic on your post, so the system definitely knows you own Planet Coaster. If you did the Alpha order you can download right now at https://www.frontierstore.net then click Login, then My Account in the top right, then in the list of options on the left click My Downloadable Content. Lastly to the right of Planet Coaster, click download.

I haven't purchased the early bird alpha upgrade, so i can't download it right now! Right?

If you pre-ordered, you will be able to play once the game is released. To play the Alpha you have to upgrade to the early bird edition. Also available in the frontier store
