Pre show programming on Display Sequencer

Hello, Fello Planet Coaster players!

So here's my problem.

I've built and designed a live water entertainment show complete with a large seating bank. I have large video screens and 'House lights' in the audience.

at present, i've dedicated one display sequencer to pre-show cues. So ideally around 30 mins prior to the show starting the doors would open, the lights would be on, pre-show video playing and perhaps a few other random things would happen.

The main show would happen on a different sequencer and so forth.

My issue is with the pre-show lighting (The light for the audience coming in and taking their seats) I'm only allowed to give a max 60 secs of time for that light. So when I come to creating my sequence I thought I could just duplicate the sequence to start just before 60 sec. Unfortunately, this does not work as if I place the duplicated group before 60 secs it doesn't trigger and anytime after 60 secs, I get the lights turning off and then back on. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? It would be great to have the lights on for my own desired amount.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

Kieron

I think you need separate lights for this. Because it always has to be turned off before you can turn it on again. The fireworks work the same.

For instance a Peony. If it is triggered it fires one off but you can only trigger it again once the animation is done. So it is the same with lights.

There's no other way than using separate lights.

Is there also an flickering effect once Lamp A runs for 60 seconds and after 60 secs lamp B (same position as lamp A because of ) is turned on while the other goes off?

ps. do you mean 30 mins in game or real time (real time would be a hell of a job and in game time of 60s is 2 hours in game).

I had the same problem!I resolved it by just adding some miliseconds for the light to switch of before turning on again, looks still ok.[big grin]
