Newcomer / Intro Predefined texts in comms panel?

Hello all,
my first post in this forum, and rather new with ED.
i'm Dutch, so my English may not be optimal.
Currently i'm flying a well-fitted Cobra, and about 10 mil in the bank.
i don't feel the urge for a bigger ship (yet?).

My question: i have the impression that predefined texts are used when other CMDRs communicate with me. Sometimes really large texts pop up in the comms panel, immedately after a scan, too fast te be typed in such short time. Are predefined texts possible for this purpose?

This can be done with a number of externals:

1. keyboard with macro keys Logitech Gxx
2. voiceattack application with macros

You can also add Saitek joysticks to the list.

At the most basic, you can always type out the text into notpad, then copy/paste it into the game.
