prehistoric mollusks

It would be nice to see mollusks and other prehistoric invertebrates in our lagoons. we need more life in the lagoons!

Agreed! Also some more aquatic foliage and scenery objects such as Reefs, Coral, Kelp etc would be lovely to see in my opinion. As for Ammonites i think they'd be great Live Bait for Marine Reptiles. What do you think?

¡Acordado! También sería encantador ver más follaje acuático y objetos de paisaje como arrecifes, corales, algas marinas, etc. en mi opinión. En cuanto a los amonitas, creo que serían un gran cebo vivo para los reptiles marinos. ¿Qué piensas?
I would use live bait, and also animals in the background, like crabs or so. I am completely sure that a free or paid update will arrive (my opinion is that it will be free), accompanied by another payment dlc of sea creatures

I think that with the ammonites is more of a logic problem ... the unrealistic basic idea is the cloning of vertebrates based on parasites such as mosquitoes and blood stored in them in amber, with aquatic organisms there is a problem, with Mosasaurus one could say ..ok, it was a stranded or stranded animal on which parasites took care of themselves

DNA breaks down over time; by 66 million years it's all gone. You can't find dinosaur DNA from any source in real life, so who cares about the fantasy source?

Also, the Mosasaurus was cloned from DNA extracted from fossil bones... not the digestive tract of a parasite, which would contaminate the DNA anyways...

We cannot get too rigorous scientifically speaking, so we should change most of the models of dinosaurs in the game, place feathers etc.

ok thanks for thats Info :) problem ,from ammonites we have nothing as the Shells, and parts of the jaws ...and noathing Bones or other bodyparts

Amber's not even good either, it failed to preserve bee DNA for even a couple thousand years (ants might have a chance at preserving DNA for a while, their exoskeletons kill microbes like pollen, and caterpillars apparently don't have resident gut bacteria).

Amber also only starts to get common in the Cretaceous, Morrison formation for example doesn't have amber at all.
