Its not about the money, its about the passion of supporting ED as much as possible, if I could have afforded it at the beginning of KS I would and frankly I would have donated it without getting anything apart from the promise of a finished game, just to see ELITE reborn into this world.
These days money is easier and spending a £100 today feels like spending £10 in the 80's and when I think how much I have wasted on buying crap games well its a drop in the ocean. Blew £35 on ESO..some like it, guess they don't play to many MMORPGs cos it feels dated. They should have stuck to offline games imo that's where they where strongest..ES as multiplay loses its magic and just becomes something less appealing than a lot of the FTP MMORPG's now.
Its a free choice...BTW Alpha 3.4 looks BLOODY AMAZING ... WTG FD
