beta premium is out in 8 minutes or is it , unfortunately i haven't been in at alpha level now im in a panic as to what and when prem beta kicks off , will i be able to enter a comndr name and if im original it'll stick and then i can dump some waste toxics before i go to bed er er dont panic ! too late im already panicing:eek:

Kind of, yes.

I think I would probably volunteer to be on the late shift so I could be the one that presses the button.

I mean, come on... they are nerds at heart. One of them would have to think that's fun!

I think many would say yes. ;)

None of the Alpha's were released at midnight as far as I know so I don't expect PB to be deviating from this. Later afternoon or early evening I would guess.

God! i cant stand it! please release it now! im working a ten hour shift tomorrow and saturday! i want a wee shot of it just now!

At least one advantage to being in the US is the UK workday will be well under way by the time I wake up tomorrow morning :) So for me the release will be "earlier" than for our valiant allies across the pond :)

yep I'm a-keen for it too. I backed the alpha so i could test out my sim-pit for it.. and get the life time 50% deduction on ship insurance.. but still well keen for the beta to download.

That said fellow Commanders, please remember that all progress & wealth gets reset with every new release.. so.. don't get heart-deep in it for all your work will be deleted when the full beta and ultimately full game rock up.

Now's a good time to work out some trade routes & goods demands at different systems. Or places where pirates hide.. or places to mine for valuable ore.

To get a feel for the game and some piloting skills.. so you can hit the ground running when the full game is released.

Big heart-felt appreciation to all the staff at Frontier for giving us a f*k1ng brilliant space sim.

Well my big idea now is that I try sleep for as long as I can and wake up at 8pm...not as hard as it sounds at my age;)

This, totally this!

Welcome to all the Premium Beta's to soon be joining us :) but please bear in mind that this isn't early access, any and all your progress can and will be wiped out with no notice or warning.

It will be in test until the end of Gamma, so just concentrate on testing things out, having fun, seeing where the game takes you, and learning as much as you can - and having more fun!

well, in fact i have the whole day off.
But i put all things i had on my "to do list" on exactly this day on purpose.
This way i won't spend the whole day pressing F5 or similar stupid things.
