Non dumb limpets would be a good place to start.
I can understand their unwillingness at mining. A bit extreme that they go full suicidal. Perhaps, they had a short but exciting life.

I don't have much experience with limpet pricing but I just checked (on my carrier) and it's still 101Cr.
Not a clue why your pics show 201Cr, is it repeatable? It it only at that station?
Seen it at both the megaship and the station in LTT 198. I thought it might be due to the MS, but same at the station. So it was repeatable at least once.
I bought some, tried my new mining cutter and sold the rest at 101 Cr at my carrier again.

For the amount of work they do to actually die, I wouldn't say they are dumb. Sometimes it's so impressive it takes me a few minutes to understand how they did it. The last one smashed my ship when carrying some piece of loot, while I was immobile. And it smashed so hard the loot when flying away and the other limpet took some time to get it back. Like dude, how did you do that ?

On a related note, I ejected leftover limpets when I started with ED, not knowing they could be resold/refunded again.
AFAIK, Jameson Memorial has all ships and almost all modules at a 10% discount.
Edit: Which also means a 10% discount on rebuys!
