I preordered this game through Amazon as I prefer to have physical disc copies of games as opposed to digital download only. However it seems I have not received any preorder content code. Amazon say I have to contact Frontier. Was the preorder content only for those who ordered direct from Frontier or should it be being provided by all retailers who took preorders? If the later can someone within Frontier please fire a shot across the bows of Amazon to get their act together. This was for Xbox system.

No, I bought it through steam and all my content is there. I haven't seen it game yet cause I just started it up and set my setting all to max and left the game.

Our distributor should be the ones taking care of sending out pre-order bonus codes. You should be getting a code from Amazon either via email or in your purchasing receipt. Everyone who pre-ordered will get the pre-order bonuses.
How would that work with an epic store preorder?
For Steam and Epic (as far as I'm aware) your pre-order bonus will already be installed when you launch the game.
Thank you. I don't know what you did but about 10 minutes after your answer above I received an email from Amazon with the code. I had called them myself asking if there had been a delay in sending them out and they stonewalled me and said there was nothing to be sent. Thank you very much for your assistance Jens
