Preordered after the fiasco

So I'm a Star Citizen backer. I touched base on this game for a bit, but lost interest. However, in light of the latest fiasco, I decided to watch the latest beta. I've fallen in love with Elite Dangerous and pre-ordered the game. While I completely disagree with the "individual review" of each refund, I'm still a gamer who wants to experience the greatness that new games offer. The views of suns while you scoop fuel or the rocky rings of planets are just freaking amazing. You've stolen my heart. I look forward to 12.16

Glad to have you with us, spread the word to your fellow SC pals. I backed that too but seeing as it seems to be lost in dev limbo atm (why release an arena and racing mode first?!?), I've not checked back for months.

What's happening at 12:16? Is that your dinnerbreak?

12.16 is the release of the game, is it not? As a backer, that's kinda weird you don't know that and I do.

Welcome HudZ, good to have you!

I too am a Star Citizen backer (backed SC a long time ago, got beta for this a bit more recently, a few months ago). I love and play both Arena Commander and Elite: Dangerous regularly. I absolutely love both games. I wish more people had room in their heads for two separate space sims that fill two separate niches, as these two do.

Screw fanboyism, we're all better off if both of these games are highly successful. As far as I'm concerned, I'm LOVING the direction both games are taking. Anyways, back to tooling around in my Sidey while I wait for Gamma. Welcome, once again, Commander, and see you in the 'Verse haha...

LOL, damn I think I'll enjoy this community. That was pretty damn good.

Now, how many ounces does the Anaconda weight? (yes I'm learning quickly with the ED wiki :D )

An unladen Anaconda? :p

Also, don't know about the pre-order side of things, and whether there's a pre-load. The game isn't huge though, since a lot of stuff is procedural and/or reused assets.

If you like the screen shots and animation you should try actually playing the game.

I have been with the game since premium beta. To see how it's evolved to how it's it is now it's truly brilliant. And the fact of how massively big the Galaxy is and that you can go to any corner of it. I can barely hold my excitement over December 16
