Preparing systems is the first step to spreading the Goodwill of the Shadow President.

Preparation requires one to bring Preparation Materials from any Control system to a system that would be profitable for us to expand to.

In order for a system to be profitable, it MUST have an income greater than 64CC.



Literally the worst thing you can do for your Power, is prepare loss making systems. Please do not do this.

Copy this aswell, with all these good points and objectives for new players to Powerplay, do you think you could make a quick topic in this section basically what to do and what not to do, it'll ease new players making simple mistakes as we wade through Powerplay. I'm learning but just maybe not as quick as is adviseable.
