Newcomer / Intro Preset control problem. Mapping NOOB!!

Hi there, After playing with mouse an keyboard for a few weeks i decided to invest in a Hotas thrustmaster t flight. The game had presets installed for this joystick but I obviously had to about with the presets an then saved it, only to find out I'd completely screwed the controls of my ship. I.e the fire is now a yaw right etc etc.... dont ask! Ok so i thought there must be a reset to default for presets for this joystick. Couldn't find them so i read some info on the forum that deleting the options file in AppData will delete all in game activity an restart in to factory settings. This didnt work. So the question is? is there a way without uninstallling and reinstalling the game that i can change the presets back default?

What entries do you have in the drop down box at the top of the Controls screen?

I thought that these can't be changed, when you do tweak one of these it'll automatically create a "Custom" entry.

Therefore, just select one of the listed configs and re-tweak it.

Unless I'm totally wrong about this, currently not able to check.

Yes the drop down box has the thrustmaster tflight in the list plus all the others mouse & keyboard, generic joystick, custom, but unfortunately when its been changed by me and applied. The changes have saved in the thrustmaster preset an not in custom?

Very Sorry to bother you found a reset in the joystick properties. Thats where the problem lay. Sry again like i said 'NOOB'


Pls delete this thread an save my embarrassment.
