Press and held buttons

Is it me or have they tweeked the time you have to press and hold the x,y,a,b buttons for the sub menus to appear?

It feels really unresponsive now and its doing my nut it. It takes almost 3 seconds for it to activate when I'm in a dog fight that's way to long. Combined with the now bugged fire group cycles its a death sentence.

So yeah just me?

You don't have to wait for the pop up diagram to use the shortcuts. If you know the button combo for what you want just press it and bingo.
