So, with the UA bombing of the Dove Enigma fresh on my mind and the warning that UA bombing might disrupt CG goals, is there a way for us to do an ounce of preparation vs. the twelve pounds of cure that hauling meta-alloys represent? That is, say there's a station with a black market. Could we have a mechanic such that we, as players, can contribute something such that station security could crack down on that black market for a time? Could we, as players, help prevent problems caused by a subset of the population, rather than having to clean up their mess?
I'd love to see a way where we can donate credits or bounties or supplies to areas to either temporarily or permanently increase the security level, both in driving out wanted ships and preventing shenanigans such as this. If UA bombing is a legitimate game mechanic, then, in addition to fixing it, if seems like we should have a way of preventing it as well.
Of course, this goes with so much more in the game:
We know the Thargoids are going to hit more stations. Could we provide some sort of AX base supplies to help the stations repel the attacks (or at least suffer less damage such that they're easier to repair?
... and more.
