Prices concerning goods......

Where do you check for ACCURATE prices ? I am check Inara,.cz and eddb.io and they are in many cases completely inaccurate.I am landed at a specific station and when i see now i immediately check the price of the good i want to sell and it is lower.And that happened a lot the last 7 days.

I guess you must check, if the last actualisation took place after the BGS Tick, as the prices are highly related to the BGS states of the faction, hosting the selling station.

Go to eddb.io, then to commodities and select Low Temperature Diamonds. Then you get a list with best prices. Lock in the last column, how long the last actualisation is ago. If it is after the server Tick, then it is very likely, that the price is still the same.

Prices can change any moment dependent on station demand and Cmdr or NPC supply. Even inara can not always keep up with current events.

Additional... I can’t recall the server tick/update on commodity items.

In the case of deep core mining commodities, the high prices are depending on the faction states of the station hosting minor faction. And the states are depending on the server tick.

if i am not wrong the prices of inara and eddb are updated also through the edsm.net and inara connection with eddi so that means when a commander enters a specific station the prices are updated and if i am at the specfic station i should the price that is reported What's the point of time updated now if the price is wrong?

Have I missed something with LTD Demand?

So I went mining this morning got back to base checked Innara and EDDB HIP 19934 [Fozard Dock] were still showing 1.5-1.6 a few mins ago for the second day running ok demand still at 7000 I decide to take the Cutter and with 328T I arrive 20 mins later to find 909k is the price offered demand...

It also depends on the ratio on how much is demanded and how much you have on your cargo hold. For example, if the demand ist 500 and somebody brings 50, he gets a good price, that is also sent to inara. If you then arrive with 500 units, you get a much lower price.

Go into the game and check.

This is the only "Ground truth"... all the other external sites rely on player data being sent to the site (using your choice of surveillance software assistant) and so they'll always be "out of date" by comparison.

Note, you don't need to wait til the BGS tick; markets refresh roughly every 10 minutes, though only with a portion of supply.
