Pricing recommendations

I've been trying to mess around with the shop prices in my game, but everyone always says things are too expensive, or the revenue generated is just not sufficient. So I was wondering, for food/drink/souvenirs, what everyone prices looks like. Is everything dirt cheap, moderately prices, super expensive, or maybe somewhere in between.

On the same subject, are prices influenced by the popularity of a habitat?(I'm assuming so) I just can't seem to figure out what prices to keep my zoo at and still be able to make a profit as right now I'm -$$$.....

Thanks!:)

I sometimes raise them for 1 or 2 dollars so it's not a big change, but it still brings me in a bit more money. For example if I have a zoo in the desert I charge a bit more for the drinks because guests are thirsty and will buy it. But I never go overboard and set prices to too expensive.

On a related subject - there comes a point where I won't raise the zoo entry price any further. It would be good to be able to disable the nag message about it being too low.

On the shop prices, just nudge them up slightly; play with the pricing of add-ons. If you want to do it in full money-grabbing capitalist style - increase prices to the point the guests start complaining, then back them off slightly.

You may also find that they say things are too expensive because they are low on funds - have you got enough ATMs around your zoo?
