What criteria was used when naming the stars in the systems, or what priority I suppose I should ask? I keep running across instances where the primary star will be given as one catalog number, like 'LTT 9423' for this example, and then when I fly out and scan the second star in the system it's 'Gliese 2154 B'. What naughtiness did Gliese 2154 A get up to such that it was dropped in favor of LTT?
