I am building a primary port around a moon 1 B A (the 2 slot body in the snip below) in this system.
it appears to have one slot available to it (marked in-game as slot 0) below the moon in the diagram. The colonisation ship appears in line with the slots of the planet the moon orbits.
The planet has two slots, slot 0 to the left of the moon, and slot 1 to the right of it.
I also encoutered a weird bug when returning to the FC to collect materials and my fleet carrier was caught up by and captured in the gravity well of the planet, and whenever I dropped out of supercruise at it, it was moving away from me at about 1km per second, and was within glide distance of the planet. I captured a video of it, but it's too large to attach.
I think the system design mechanics have been a bit confused in this instance and may have created the slots not close enough to the moon.
I'm not long off finishing the station, will be interesting to see whether it will be stable in orbit, or sometimes difficult to dock at.
