Primary port completed... Now what?

My System: SCORPII SECTOR PI-T B3-7

I have completed the primary port but now I am quite confused about what to do and how to do it.

My station, a Coriolis with quad truss, have come with a shipyard and everywhere I look inside it (walking around) I see scaffoldings and everythibg empty (shops are closed) and screens saying "Under Deployment". Also I see orbital installations all greyed out.

Can someone help me there?

At the moment there's nothing else to do but wait for Frontier to fix their game. It's broken for now. Potentially next Thursday something will happen and maybe your station will come fully online then, but certainly not before.

BTW I've had a few niggles but on the whole my colony, yes I've focused on one, I'm not snaking my way out into the black, is doing rather well.

You need to wait for the station to become operational with the next weekly update on Thursday.
It will be of type colony. So you might build some stuff that has "system economy influence" around it, as in "on the body it orbits or in the orbit around the same body".

Does floating around the same ring of the gas giant count ? I would be more than P if all the installations put around the Coriolis does nothing to it

Don't understand what you mean. It is "on the body the station orbits or in Orbit around the same body".

Here is a picture of a double system. There are 4 "local zones", 2 for the planets and 2 for the moons.

I think he means that example from my system. Its not a gas giant with a ring system but my starting station orbits a satellite of another planet so in a way his question also is my question too.
