Primary PvP system: Bunda (for discussion)

I've never been a PvP player. Reasons have been very simple:
- I rarely come across players that seem to want to actually fight. Maybe one every 2 or 3 days. The implications being that unless I initiate combat against an unwilling player (something that I consider highly impolite), that I wouldn't see much combat
- In my opinion, it's bad form to provoke a fight when you're in a fully optimised PvP ship against say a cargo ship. We all know how it will go

So, here's my suggestion.
Why don't we as the player base nominate a combat system that if we wish to, we can gather at for DELIBERATE PvP. Reasons:
- If it's well enough known, you know you can almost be certain of a fight, without the need to prey on random traders
- Chances are that you'll get a decent fight
- Fancy a wing, sure thing
- I'm going to suggest Bunda, as it's close to Shinrarta, so easy to get to for many players, and also an anarchy system

Personally I would see this very much as a win win. The PvP players get a regular full system (non of this contrived Combat Zones) to play in and will almost certainly get something to do.

No rules needed. You go into the system, you're fair game, end of story.
I'd like to suggest the following:
- Do keep it in Bunda. Someone wakes out, let them. Chalk it up that you made them leave
- Keep it civil on communications. When I've player other PvP games, I've found it rather pleasant to talk to the other players, even if they've just hammered me in game
 
As an Open-mode PVEer, would be nice to know if there any other systems like this, before I inadvertently stray into your gun fight with my knife.
