Primates in crates

I don’t know why this happens but every time my apes and monkeys start climbing they automatically get put into a crate and back at the entrance gate I don’t know if it’s a bug, a glitch, or anything like that but I would like to have it investigated

Its called the "stupid macaces broke the game again" bug and annoys me for quite along time by now. Overall their climbing is a buggy mess, often escaping even if the game says they cant, simply because they glitch through objects while climbing.
For example when you put a none traversable rock next to a climbingframe, even though the game says they cant traverse it they can get stuck on the hitbox and slide along/through it to its other side.
Very annoying and a great pain

That’s understandable

2 things - as above, if a climbable structure is too close to a barrier or a wall, the animal can clip through via the huge hitboxes and escape (or get stuck in a wall which happened to me several times). Also, if an animal goes to high above the barrier height, even if they're in the center of the exhibit, they'll get crated and returned to the gate as ... not escaped exactly but I think they get classed as impacted by some terrain conflict - when that happens the animal is moved back to the gate. If you are using null barrier you can just drag it up really high and it should reduce the boxing issue.
