Printable command list?

Hello, new to game and trying to understand all the functions I can control to setup my flight stick and keyboard.

To do this, it would be helpful to have a list of every command/function that can be mapped in a printable document. I know I can see these in the options screen, but would like a version I can just print to view. I tried searching for this but couldn't find it. To be clear, I am not looking for a keyboard template or how to map to my controller, just simply a list of available mappable functions.

Well theres a Manual here http://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18465 has keybd and joy setups.
you can also find your custom binds in c:/users/"username"/local/frontierdevelopments/ED/options/bindings

I'm supporting your idea !
I'm using X52 joystick in many games (mainly flight sims) and have my usual setup for it. So i have changed default commands for some buttons in ED.
It would be useful to be able to print that setup.

Came across this thread looking for the same list so I can see what options I have for binding. Recently got an x55 Rhino and am currently mapping like crazy.

I have created a spreadsheet listing the v1.2 default bindings and all options available under the 'Controls' menu. Below is a DropBox link to a pdf and the source openOffice spreadsheet.
