With prismatic shields can you buy them for a discount in that one independent guy's discount system? I know that you can buy them just about anywhere after unlocking them, but I don't know if the discount would be applied. I wanna say yes but I'm not 100% sure and I don't want to waste my time flying out to get disappointed.
