Powerplay Faction: Aisling Duval Prismatic Shields issues??

Hey all, I was under the impression once you have been with Aisling for 4 weeks and been at a certain level that prismatic shields would be unlocked forever unless you leave her faction? Im asking if this is how its supposed to be since i was able to buy prismatic a week or 2 ago, but now I cant? Is this a bug or intended?

If its intended thats really annoying because now i have to wait to the next tick to be able to get some more prismatics :(

You have to stay above a certain pp rank with her. I think it's the one that equates to transporting 750 leaflet thingies a week.

ah stink! at least i have an answer that its meant to be like that I can understand not getting the money but imo once the shields have been unlocked they should stay so regardless of merit level :(

Yeah, you have to maintain Level 3 status to be able to purchase those shields. My recommendation: Buy them for every ship you can get, engineer and then store them away. Once you have them, you keep them (unless you sell them, of course).

750 merits is pretty easy to hit. Just sit in an opposing factor's expansion zone...like Felicia Winters, and hunt Federal Aids, and Federal Agents. They both net 30 merits a piece. It can be done in an hour(ish). In Zachary Hudson land these targets
called Federal Couriers. Just confirm in your transaction window you are earning combat vouchers, to insure you are in the right type of zone.

While waiting for the 4 weeks, I suggest getting to 10K merits, and the next week, after next cycle start, you'll be back at 5k merits(you start the next cycle with 50% of your last earned merits), then just earn another 5k to stay at 10K. If doing this through combat, and not advancing your media material allotment it's decent income on the back end.
