Prison facilities and BGS

I'm currently offline and can't check, but with the high values of the bounties after the addition of P&C, does bounty payout affect the facility controlling faction influence or the BGS at some point? if so I can easily see a way to game the system just 'paying' influence by players using bounties.

Edit: same question but for rep on the controlling faction, for rank grinding purposes. Does paying a bounty affect the players vs prison facility rep?

Any clarification would be helpful, as I said I'm on a break and can't check myself.

Its an interesting question that we want to keep an eye on in the live version.

Edit. The one prison I attended was in a zero pop system. I think it will be BGS neutral, which is a shame as Id like to take one over!
