Nope, no news about any sort of base building yet. And you will find that some part of the community is actively against is as its "not Elite like". I personally would like to be able to set small personal mining outpost or simple "i was here" flag.

Right, it's too bad that some people are so against this, doesn't hurt anything and someone posted that it ruins some sense of the immersion by them finding someone's outpost...I guess, but it would be something to actually live as a space frontieers man.
