Problem downloading the game

Hey all,ive just purchased a digital copy of the game and im trying to download it but i have a problem,my download speed was really low and now the dowloader tottaly stopped at around 30%.Ive tried to close and reopen the launcer but it does not downoading (0 MB/s)..Any ideas?please help

There was a server update announced earlier, so it may be related. Also, try to give the launcher administrator rights, check firewall access and see if something changes. If not, create a ticket https://support.elitedangerous.com/login.php
