CQC Problem in CQC

Dear Frontier Developments
Me and community in wich i am member often meet in order to get friendly match in CQC.
However , almost all time we have issue when we try to get together more then 4 people (link limit)
In this case , even if we gather maximum lobby 8 people.
Because of this we can't make large-scale fight.
We ask you to add possibility of creating CQC rooms in which you can enter by invitation and expand room limit.
We hope to add this as part of a series of updates with improved gameplay.

Is it because so many people play CQC now that you join existing matches?

Or maybe 'Invite to Squad' function is not working? Which I'm not aware of.

I have more than 3 friends

Squads to small we want play 8 or even 10-12 people but you can make only 4 man squad

...idk about 12 and all that, but generally a good technique for 8 is to get two ppl to connect in a game and then have both of them invite 3 each.

Alot of times this was useful in the past to connect with ppl in AU, etc... tho that's improved now. Searching w/4 ppl in your squad I think is more problematic in my experience than the invite after connecting method... tho this may change as well.

Usually creating two 4-people squads and searching the match at the same time works and both squads join the same match.
It may not work if lets say 1-4 other players are already in a queue, then chances are one of your squads will join a match with them, and the other will stars separate match. It can happen when some people queue for DM/TDM.
If there is already DM/TDM going with more than 5 players then you will be able to play your 2 squads in the same match as new one will be created.
The easiest way to play only with your friends is by choosing Capture The Flag mode.. nobody queues for that as chances to find the game with other players are the lowest.

Really not understand why I need tryhard to play game with friend why I can't just create lobby for my friends only and play without thinking "Here can be some randoms and we can't play"

Well.. max 4 people is squad and max 8 people in match has been for years in CQC.
You can suggest FDevs some changes, but for most of the players it's not an issue - most of the players have problem to make friends and find 1 more person to start the game apparently lol
I have no problem with that.. every time I come back from work and click that Start Deathmatch button I get the game with many strangers in it every single time. But I'm the one who actually try to play CQC unlike many people here who say that they never can find a game.

No, real problem we tried play 4v4 or 8 people deathwatch and looks like we have 0 chance to find each other and game just not set up us against in flag capture

Please Frontier, we need:

cross-platform CQC (PC/PS4/XBOX)
wait in queue for those who want to play normal game
if nothing of this happens, i'll be like to have NPC-bots in CQC, how can I get all those CQC achievements if I can't play one round because no one connect?
