Problem locating my log-in account- ED keeps kicking me out

Apologies in advance if this is the wrong area to post this.

I just came across a strange issue where the game kicked me out in mid-flight and said my account was no longer available and to try later.

I tried about 10-15mins later and the game refuses to even launch giving me the same problem.

Has anyone experienced this ?

Net connection is fine, nothing out of the ordinary so I'm quite baffled.

Did you leave a VPN connected?

A couple of times I've logged in by mistake while using a VPN I forgot was on and after a while I get disconnected.

Log a ticket and include the netlog info. I had this too a couple of months ago. I could log in to my account but not the game so logged a ticket and as advised by support changed my password, matter closed. Time passed and support contacted me again about this wanting my netlogs. Unfortunately I'd had a drive wipe in the intervening period so couldn't help. Maybe you can.
