Problem Retrieving Commander Data from Server

Hi All. Not sure where to post this but l am having issues logging in to ED. I have just updated to the latest release. l am guessing this is the September update, and l am getting this error. How do l contact ED Tech support.

There is a link to support at the top of the launcher.

Try logging off the launcher, then relogging on with your email address - or are you having trouble logging on to the launcher. you don't say whether that message comes from the launcher or the game.
