Problem with anaglyph and red/cyan glasses

Hi, at first I beg your pardon for my poor english - I am not used to it

I have tried to use anaglyph with my red/cyan glasses but I am not able to optimize the settings. Neither any object in the far distance like planets or stars nor very near objects to the camera like myself is in 3D and I see the objects twice with two colors.

Has anyone else this problem or is there something I am doing wrong?

It maybe the quality/colour of your glasses, last year I had the slider set very much to the left to achieve any good 3D effect but since then I have not tried.

Thanks alot for your answer I have done some tests on youtube and there are many videos doing it much better and some are even beyond my expiriences with ED. I have noticed that the option of "focal distance" is not enough for me. I would like to move it more to the right as I can. But maybe the Problem are my eyes, because they have a light dispositioning (hope it is the correct word for it). But I dont think so, because many pictures and vids are okay for me - not perfect but good enough to have some fun. Is the distance to the monitor important? Sitting 40-60cm away and I notice no difference.

I sat at a TV 37inch and about 1.8m away, but still had some colours and areas blurred in 3D.
This experience and trying it on a friends 3D TV forced my to buy a DK2.

If I can try a OR maybe I would buy one but not at this time. But good to know I am not alone with this issue. I think I will ticket it - thanks for your reply.
