Problem with engineer JURI ISHMAAK...

Hello.
I have a problem with unlocking engineer Juri Ishmaak.
The last part of unlocking him is to give him 100k CR worth Combat Bonds.
I have currently over 1kk CR worth Combat Bonds. But he don't want them.
The option is locked. How to do it? Why he don't want my combat bonds?

Just to be sure......Are they really Combat "Bounds" or are they "Bounties"? Combat bonds you get in conflict zones, by shooting ships of a faction AFTER choosing a side in right hand panel at the conflict zone (and a few other ways). Bounties you get from killing wanted ships.

If you’ve already gotten the invite (the Federation bonds part), any bond should work for the unlock. I used PF xeno bonds, myself.

Re-log and try again; if that doesn’t work file a support ticket.
