More information is needed to fully recommend if you can/can not run the game.
But I am on a Core i3 and have no real issues at all with PC.

You can't just say that because it works with your i3 processor then it will work with anyone else's. It depends hugely on the rest of the PC as well. The processor alone does not tell you if the game will run or not.
