Problema con los paquetes de seguimiento del powerplay

Llevo experimentando este problema como unos 3 o 4 meses, el juego se cuelga y no me deja hacer nada, solo deja salir al menu para salir y volver a entrar pero si voy a la sección para reclamar los paquetes de asistencia del powerplay se cuelga y es muy molesto porque tengo como cerca de 200 paquetes que no puedo reclamar. English: I've had this problem for about 3 or 4 months, the game crashes and doesn't let me do anything, it only lets me go to the menu to exit and re-enter but if I go to the section to claim the powerplay tracking packages it crashes and it's very annoying because I have like 200 packages that I can't claim

PD: Sorry for the mistake in the title of this post, I meant: Care Packages

PP is just so poorly thought out across so many areas.
I agree. Care packages should be optional as a cash only reward or materials for those who need them. I'm maxed out on just about every material in the game. I would also find a (discard) option to be fine after you collect the 500,000 credits. I have to do a daily mat trader run just to juggle the crap I don't need.
 
You are welcome my friend. There have been a few bugs lately that even have players thinking their hardware is at fault.
When it comes to this game you only need think mandalorian

(and it is normally a rare thing your computer is at fault tbh especialy if other games work fine)
