Problems with authentication

Hi, guys.
Recently faced a problem with logging into my accounts on all sites connected with Frontier - sites of games, forums, shop etc. It writes "invalid authentication code received" if I'm trying to log in on elitedangerous.com and "An error occurred while connecting with Login With Frontier. Please try again later." on other sites.

Firstly I've faced this problem in Google Chrome. The most strange thing is that when I've tryed to log in my account in other browsers, everything worked well, but after I imported Chrome data into another browser, this problem appeared there too. Clearing cookie and passwords didn't helped.

Does anybody know what to do? Don't wanna use another browser just for Elite. Thanks in advance.
 
sure you are using the correct e mail address you used to purchase the game?
the ED launcher itself uses INTERNET EXPLORER(ver 11) browser base code so try setting everything there to default in its settings before logging in to here

and also in the launcher use its log off machine function so you get sent a fresh 4 digit code authenticator else check with from whoever you purchased the game from epic steam ect and use there own file validators ect

It doesn't let me even to enter an email with password. The error occurs right after clicking "login" button

Okay, so only logging from Steam works in launcher
 
have no idea why you cant interact and connect properly with the site its not down and works fine for me
also if it did not work for others this site would be awash with others complaining in seconds in this forum
check your av an firewall are temp switched off or try a vpn maybe is all I can suggest as it sounds connection related
maybe recheck your netframework is up to date
 
This is not the first time I face this problem, it appeared maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. I just thought it was some kind of issue on devs' side and forgot about it for some time. Well, now it seems something wrong is with my browser, lol

Nah, no effect

Well, will use a second browser for all the things connected to Elite... Not a big problem, but unpleasant
 
My Steam and Frontier accounts are already linked (bought the game last Summer), but it doesn't help
 
Have the exact same issue and looks like the solution page was removed from Frontier's website.

I can see now why the game was 70% off when it takes an hour of googling and contacting customer support just to attempt to play it.

In my case the problem was with one of the browser extensions. Try to turn them off and login again
 
I couldn't launch through Steam launcher didn't work, and launching directly from by running EDLaunch.exe said I didn't purchase it. So I created an account in the Frontierstore.net site, went to my Profile, selected "Product Access Key", and entered my Steam CD Key. I launched EDLaunch.exe again, it sees that I purchased it now the "Play" button works in the launcher!!! Their site still doesn't show a "Steam Entitlement" listed. As long as I can play it, that all that matters....
