Bought Systematic Pilot suit. Didnt get anything. It seems People have that kinda problem with Nameplates too.

Store purchases can sometimes take a bit to hit your account. I've had delays of usually around 15 minutes to hours.
I had a simliar issues and opened a ticket and already got a response the store is snowed under with the new bits and sales on teh game and horizons expansion pack they said to get back to them if nothing had appeared within 1-2 hours max and they would sort it manually. I just attached a screenshot of the purchase confirmation with my ticket for reference.
