Problems with the VR headset (Quest 3)

Hello everyone. I use an Oculus Quest 3 with Elite. It’s great fun for about an hour — good quality, no stuttering. But then the headset starts to flicker and the image leaves ‘trails’ behind. What could be causing this?

I have a PICO 4 headset. I play for 2-3 hours without a break - everything is fine! You probably need to look for a problem in the software for your Quest.

Try checking your system (GPU/GPU) temperatures.
If everything's ok for an hour could be your system is overheating an throttling it performance
