Problems with UI and map

Im having problems with 2 things:

1- The map doesnt show me "Realistic" when I click on the option, and it always shows me the same trade routes for "superconductors" even when I select another thing, when I reopen it Superconductors
is selected again, something like it freezed on that option.

2- I cannot change "Report the crimes bla bla" to OFF, also I cannot change the hud gamma dunno whats happening.

Anyone knows something of this?

I had the same problem. The fix for me was to the locate the 2 frontier developments folders in my C:USERS/.... Folder (sorry can't remember exact path and not at PC). I saved a copy of my joystick/keyboard settings then deleted both folders and then re-ran the patcher. I then copied my joystick settings file back in after renaming it whereby I ran the game selected my renamed file and all seemed to work fine again.

The mouse pointer is wacky, when selecting systems.

They need a "hide sidebar" option as well. Want a full screen map.

Ok so reinstalling didnt work, I still cannot see the map on realistic mode and cannot change several options on the right side panel.
