Some here might be rather interested in this - from November 8th to 17th there will be a game jam to either make a game containing procedural content or to make some procedural tools or algorithms. Full details of the procjam here:

This is a really good time to dive in to making something yourself if you haven't before. There's lots of great tools out there, and there's the chance here to instead focus on making your own unique tool if you fancy it.
ALSO, the jam will be kicked off in London with a day of talks from seasoned procedural game designers, including someone from No Man's Sky *and* a name familiar to many forumites... No, not David Braben, alas, but me! I'll be giving a talk on player engagement with procedural generation. And I'll hopefully be making a really cool roguelike in the week after
