OK, in Empire it’s easy: once you’re offered Ascension mission anywhere, do not accept it. Fly to Tamar, Gould Port, with as much cargo space as your ship can have. Once there, accept only the smuggling ascension missions. All of them are for Youll City outpost, also in Tamar. Cargo is 1-5 tones, delivery time 2-3 hours. They spam in open/group/solo. In approx 1,5 hour you can reach the cap of 100 missions, around 240-250 tones, with at least 30 minutes for the flight to the outpost and delivering. 1 smuggling ascension mission equals 4 donations. Up to Duke you will rank up with just that one flight, for the top two ranks you have to donate some too.

And now to the question: with the Feds, we do have Tun, Cerno etc for stacking up donations. But has anyone found the Federal system where the station spams stackable Promotion Opportunity smuggling missions for station/outpost in the same system?
