[PROPOSAL] SLE - Ship Launched Explorer

Hello FDevs,

What about adding another outfitting option for the Fighter bay.

Instead of putting an SLF (Ship Launched Fighter) in there, we might buy an SLE (Ship Launched Explorer)
It would have no weapons, but we would be able to fly it over a planet's surface while sending away our mothership.
The SLE would not be able to go into orbit and, as I said, would not be armed, to balance it out.
We should be able to pilot it in person like an SRV with all the freedom that offers us.

Important feature:
- Of course, being an exploration tool, it would need a cockpit with a very good all around view
- It would be good if it was very fast.
- It might be able to find/scan for POI, but it might not be able to scan for or pick up mats.

But then you must stay in the vicinity of the mothership, or the mothership must follow you around all the time.
You also need to hire a pilot as a consequence. It would be great if the SLE was more like an SRV in that respect.

That does sound good, I thought you just meant bumming about in a fighter.

Without weps could it have a non-jump capable extra speedy frameshift drive and exploration scanners ?.
