Proposed expedition to Arm's End

I am putting out feelers to gauge the level of interest in an expedition to Arm's End, at the extreme tip of the Outer Arm (https://www.edsm.net/en/system/id/5858416/name/Hypau+Aec+IO-Z+d13-0).

The goal would be to map out possible routes there for ships with various jump ranges, and prospect for good sources of jumponium out there, as well as finding new POIs on the extreme edge of the galaxy. On the way, we would traverse the Paradox Shortcut (https://www.edsm.net/en/galactic-ro...ox+Shortcut+(Perseus+Arm+to+Outer+Arm+Vacuus)), also surveying for jumponium in the region.

This trip will call for hard-core explorers with decent jump ranges (at least 45.45Ly needed for Paradox, at least 50Ly recommended for the last few kLy to Arm's End). I would plan to depart early 2020, and head out at a purposeful pace: 4-6 weeks for about 36kLy out.

There may or may not be a return route included. One option is to hit the extreme South-West as well as the extreme South-East, and take a jaunt to Star One. But that is a big detour, and may not be to everyone's taste, so one alternative would be to swing back across the Formidine Rift. I'm very open to suggestions.

In any case, at this stage I'm just going to put up a sign-up sheet for anyone interested, so that I can see if it is worth pursuing. If it is, I'll get the expedition registered with EDSM, with more details, route, Discord server, etc. If you might be interested, please fill in this form: https://forms.gle/kuyJ9wkko2hnbJdP6
