Ships Proposed Future Ships in Elite Dangerous

I have searched these forums but I cannot locate a thread of the sorts.

Are there any ships proposed to be in Elite Dangerous, that are Larger than the Anaconda / Python?

On the subject, will we be able to purchase Battle Cruisers one day for exorbitant prices? I currently am not sure what role they would serve, a mobile dock for other players for Fuel and Repairs?

Is the Development Team open to suggestions for ship designs?

If you have any idea for future ships or designs, feel free to post them and let's see what the community can come up with.

As far as I remember they said "largest player flyable Federation ship".
Could still be smaller than the Anaconda and probably being the fighter equivalent to it, I expect it to be at least a little smaller.

Imperial Cutter

The Imperial Cutter is hopefully still "on the list". It'd serve as the imperial counterpart to the Federal Corvette - by probably being the largest player controllable Empire ship in the game.
It also gets extensive coverage in Michael Brooke's book Elite: Legacy, which leads me to believe they have something in store for us.
