Formal notice while PZN is not the enforcer of rules of Frontier we discourage to go against the Eula of Frontier,
and to use macro's for powerplay, combat log or using exploits/hacks,
while it is up to you to do this when you are independent it is not when you applied for membership and you agreed to our rules.

PZN discourage Expansion YIMANBIN(Scrap request) Why? because it is a income los system of -8 CC and when fortified of cancelled -29 CC

Fortifying


The systems that need to fortify is based on the merits what we have done last cycle we did underperform the last cycle.
We had 16 systems fortified 1 cancelled
We did maintain place 7

Dont fortify above 100% that have no point and it is a waste of your efforts!!

All this systems need to be fortified for the end of the cycle
Base income of some systems have changed

Preparation recommendation: Chono

With only available 90 CC there are no good choices for preparation.

Chono is a good choice as a "blocking" preparation:

1. It's high in the Aisling preparation list (currently 17,425 points after 2 days). Torval preparation won't exceed that. My understanding is that even if the Aisling preparation doesn't succeed because of insufficient CC or turmoil, the higher Aisling points will block the Torval preparation.

2. Even if it succeeds in preparation, it's a difficult expansion. It's 116 LY from Synteini and has the adverse Patronage government type.

3. It's a profitable preparation. Take Trade Agreements to Marrallang (41 Ly) and sell Imperial Slaves on the return.

I recommend Torval cmds give their Nomination points to Chono on Wednesday, to block any other detrimental preparations. But don't exceed the Aisling preparation points.
